FAQ's

Can you pencil me in or hold that party spot for me until I can make my deposit?
Unfortunately, we cannot pencil anyone in because we are required to have a $50 deposit down to hold the spot. Once you make the $50 deposit, your party will be added to our facility calendar and your space will be secure.
How are parties ran at Adventure?
Our staff will get the participants checked into their party room. Typically they then go and play for around 1 hour or so. Then the party host parent will bring everyone back to their room for cake, pizza and presents. After they have cake, pizza and presents, if there is any time left they can go back and play. You will have your table and/or room for the full amount of time you booked.
What is the deposit amount?
A $50.00* non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all birthday parties. For group sales and private rentals, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. 
What is a good time to call in advance to book a party?
To ensure you get the time and date you prefer, we would recommend booking your party at least 2 months before the party. Our calendar books up quickly! The easiest way to book a party is to submit a request through our website. 
Can I bring in outside food & drinks?
Outside food and drinks are only permitted when the outside food and drink fee is paid.
My child is gluton free, do you make exceptions for food if I bring in their stuff?
Yes, if your child has special needs, please let us know upon booking your party so that we can make the appropriate accommodations and inform your Party Host.
Do I need to give you my pizza order/soda flavors now, or can I just pick them the day of the party?
Yes, you can pick them the day of the party, however, it is very helpful in the planning process for us to know these items in advance. We do not allow outside food, drinks or coolers besides your birthday cake, cupcakes or cookies. 
What is the maximum number of guests?
We do not have a maximum but we would recommend no more than 20 people if you are concerned about seating at the table. If your party grows to larger than 20, we would recommend adding an additional room or table for your guests. Additional fees may apply. 
Can I book a party for groups larger than 20?
Yes! Please contact a Party Expert to help guide you through the process of booking a package to accommodate your larger group size.
How many kids fit at each table?
Our parties include 20 guests, not including the party child. We feel that 20 is a comfortable party number and parties exceeding 20 will have an add on fee of $6/additional guest. Our tables are 8 feet in length. Typically, there are 6-8 kids to a table, and each party room has 4-6 tables in it. The amount of time they will spend sitting is usually very minimal. 
Can you do parties during the week?
Yes! We do parties 7 days a week! These are great for families who like the entire park to themselves! You can book a party any time online by clicking the BOOK A PARTY link at the top of the website. 
Can I bring a cake in without booking a party?
No. Only reserved parties are able to bring in a celebratory dessert. 
What is your cancellation policy?
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel the event with more than 72 hours' notice, then you waive the right to the deposit but you will not owe anything further for the cancelled event.

If you cancel the event with less than 72 hours' notice, then, so long as you reschedule the event to occur within 30 days of the originally scheduled event, then we will apply the deposit to the cost of the event.

If you no-show the event, then you waive the right to recover the deposit and authorize us to charge your credit card for the full amount of the event.

If you walk out on the event prior to payment, then you waive the right to recover the deposit and authorize us to charge your credit card for the full amount of the event.

If an Act of God or weather event causes Adventure to close, your party will be rescheduled. No refunds are provided for an Act of God or weather event.

How early can I arrive before my party for setup?
You will have access to start setting up your Party 30 minutes before the scheduled start time, so feel free to arrive around that time. If you arrive any earlier, your room or table may not be ready due to other parties occurring before yours. 
What should my guests bring to the party?
With a paid birthday party, feel free to bring a single serve cupcakes or cookies, candles, presents, and birthday child! We do not allow outside food, drinks or coolers. 
Can we bring our own pizza or outside food?
We offer pizza and other snacks and candy which can be purchased through the concessions stand. We will contact you a few days before your party to get your pizza order if you do not know it at the time of booking.  We do not allow outside food, drinks or coolers; however, cake, cupcakes, or cookies (as long as they're not ice cream cakes) are permitted with a booked party. 
Can I bring in my own decorations/napkins/plates?
Yes, if you would like to bring your own decorations or themed decorations, plates, and napkins with a paid birthday party, you are more than welcome to do so! You may start setting up your party 30 minutes before the scheduled start time, so feel free to arrive around that time. If you arrive any earlier, your room or table may not be ready due to other parties occurring before yours. 
Can I bring in my own drinks?
Unfortunately not, we don’t allow any other outside food or drink at Adventure. However, some party packages do include drink options. If you need additional drinks we offer soda, Gatorades and more at the concessions stand. 
Is there a place to put out presents?
Yes, in the Party Rooms we have a table setup for presents.
How much does an addtional pizza cost?
The pizza that we offer is Chicago Dough and the prices are $16 per pizza (The choice is cheese, pepperoni, or sausage. We may have a half cheese/half pepperoni or half pepperoni/half sausage available)

Typically for parties, pizzas are cut in squares. You may request your pizza to be cut in 8 slices. One pizza should feed 3 to 5 people. We do not allow outside food, drinks or coolers besides your birthday cake, cupcakes or cookies. 
Why do I need to sign a waiver?
The waiver outlines the risks associated with jumping on the bounce houses. The person booking the party takes on full liability for the people they invite to their party.

You will sign the Waiver on the brochure when you book your party.
