What's Worth Worrying About?

Worried that you worry too much? Anxiety is a normal reaction to stressful situations like taking a test or giving a presentation. Anxiety can be beneficial, as it helps increase your focus and keeps you alert for danger when the situation warrants it. Anxiety can give feelings of fear or distress that become overwhelming, their intensity is out of proportion to the situation, or they interfere with daily activities

“Worry incapacitates warriors. For those who want to fight for God, Paul offered an antidote to worry: “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God” (Philippians 4:6). Is it really possible to remove all anxiety? No, of course not. But we can reduce it significantly.
