How Can We Share Our Faith Effectively?
Maybe you’re afraid to share your faith because you don’t know what to say. Or maybe you’re sharing the Gospel, and you feel like nothing is happening! People aren’t experiencing life change, or even remotely close to committing their lives to Christ, and it has you wondering, “Am I doing something wrong?”
You can’t open someone’s heart to the truth of the Gospel—but God can, by His Spirit.
Join us this Sunday as we work through Quest 52: Chapter# 35: How Can We Share Our Faith Effectively? We’ll be working through an obscure teaching passage in Matthew 10:1-42, where Jesus sent out his twelve disciples. Jesus took average ordinary men and sent them out to share the good news. None of them were seminary trained. They weren’t the best and brightest; you could say, “They were little rough around the edges!” However, they had been with Jesus… and that changes EVERYTHING!
Remember that God does not call the equipped; He equips the called—and as Christians, we are all called to share what Christ has done. Some of Christ’s last words on Earth were, “Go and make disciples of all nations” (Matthew 28:19, NIV). Sharing our faith isn’t just a suggestion, it’s a command. And God is with us when we obey Him.
We hope you’ll join us for worship this Sunday at 10am!
