Pastor Andy and his wife Elisha moved to the Bradley/Bourbonnais community to plant Adventure Christian Church in 2003. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Preaching/Youth Ministry from Johnson University and a Master's Degree in Ministry with an emphasis in Church Planting from Lincoln Christian Seminary. They have 2 teenage boys Mattias and Levi, and enjoy spending time outdoors with their dog Sterling.

Robbie joined our team full time in July 2021. He and his wife Amanda have 3 beautiful children: Zach, Charlotte & Mary and live in Bourbonnais.

Mitch Lamb will joined our staff January 2025 as our full-time Associate Pastor of Family Ministries! Mitch grew up in Streator, IL. He attended Olivet Nazarene University where he holds a bachelor’s degree in Youth Ministry, and a Master’s Degree in Family Ministry! He comes to us with a variety of ministry experiences from Jr. & Sr. High ministry, as well as sports program management at the YMCA in Streator. He oversees our Adventure Kids ministry, Adventure Summer Camp, as well as our Homeschool ministry.

Josh joined our team January of 2024. He currently oversees all things related to facility operations at Adventure Commons

Tim joined our team in December of 2019. He's held a number of roles over the years, and currently oversees our athletic ministry programs, and schedules the day to day activities around Adventure Commons.

Margret joined our team in September of 2021. She oversees the finances and HR responsibilities for Adventure.

Colleen joined team Adventure in March of 2024. She is such a joy to be around, and when you interact with her, she exudes the joy of the Lord! She is responsibilities for supporting Adventure's various ministries on a weekly basis, as well as keeping our ministry/facility calendar. She also oversees our birthday parties. She and her husband Craig are actively involved at Adventure in small groups, serving,  and leading worship.
