Below are our tiered sponsorship packages, designed to offer a range of benefits to suit your marketing objectives.

Platinum Sponsorship Package - $2,500

  • Exclusive sponsorship of a specific event element: (e.g., swap shop, awards ceremony, auction, meeting room, Adventure – to be discussed and agreed upon).
  • Premium logo placement: Highly visible branding throughout the event venue including registration counter, main entrance area, show floor, and Adventure Cafe. (This includes 36” pull-up vinyl signs, 8’ x 5’ vinyl column signs, and (2)- 42” digital signs.)
  • Verbal recognition: Continuous mention during the event.
  • 36” circle floor logos indicating booth location.
  • Opportunity to participate in a brief video-taped Q & A session, highlighting business and/or products to be shared on all social media channels.
  • Social media shout-out on the day of the event including booth location and a featured item and/or service.
  • FOUR (4) complimentary booths including curtains, four tables and four chairs. (20’ x 20’ or 40’ x 10’ booth space)
  • Pre-event press release announcing your sponsorship.
  • Post-event social media campaign featuring your company.

Gold Sponsorship Package - $1,000

  • Prominent logo placement: Logo featured throughout the event venue including indoor walking areas connecting parking garages and hotel. (This includes one 6’ x 4’ vinyl column sign and 42” digital signs.)
  • Verbal recognition: Frequent mention during the event.
  • 24” circle floor logos indicating booth location.
  • Opportunity to participate in a brief video-taped Q & A session, highlighting business and/or products to be shared on all social media channels.
  • Social media shout-out on the day of the event including booth location and a featured item and/or service.
  • TWO (2) complimentary booths including two tables and two chairs. (20’ x 10’ booth space).
  • Post-event press release inclusion (mentioning your company’s support).

Bronze Sponsorship Package - $500

  • Logo placement: Acknowledgement on event website, social media channels, and 42” digital signs in adventure cafe.
  • Verbal recognition: Intermittent mention during the event.
  • 18” circle floor logos indicating booth location.
  • Social media shout-out on the day of the event including booth location, and a featured item and/or service.
  • ONE (1) complimentary booth including one table and one chair. (10’ x 10’ booth space)
