#1 - Why Did Jesus Toss the Tables?

In the last week of Jesus’ life, he came to Jerusalem and all eyes were on Him! Everyone wanted to know, “What’s Jesus going to do?”

This weekend, we kick off a new series called “Easter: Why Does It Matter?” Jesus came to show us the heart of the Father, and on the Monday before His crucifixion, in Mark 11:15-17, Jesus did something unexpected in the temple: He turned the tables on the money changers. Why?

Also, in our Rooted material this week, we’ll be diving deep into the heart issues surrounded with money. We’ll be asking some important questions: What’s the purpose of money? Am I an owner or a manager? How does God view money?
