#2 - The Path of MOST Resistance

We’re continuing our series “Dirt Matters.” Those who work our land know that in order to produce a good harvest, we must cultivate our soil. It’s not enough to only focus on getting rid of the sin in our lives, we must also tend to our spiritual soil.

Last weekend, we learned that there are 4 types of soil: the path, the rocky soil, the thorny soil, and the good soil.

In this weekend’s soil sample: we’ll be examining the soil of The Path and why so many people hear the word of God, but they are completely resistant to the Gospel. How do you reach someone who’s heart has been completely hardened by their own life experiences? What can we do to reach those who are “dead in their sins?”
