Adventure Next Fall Kick-Off: Day #11

Our youth group here at Adventure is called “Next Student Ministry”. This ministry focuses on our junior high and high school students and helps them to continue to grow in their walk with Christ. This ministry is of the utmost importance as this is the formative years for all of these kids. If we don’t give this ministry the focus it needs, then we are doing these kids a great disservice. Junior high and high school comes with all sorts of peer pressure from the world to live a certain way, so making sure these kids continue to grow in their faith during these years will have a huge impact as they grow into adults. Many of us have been through this stage of life. We understand what being in junior high and high school is all about. What can we do here at Adventure to help Next Student Ministry’s students grow more like Jesus? Let’s ponder that question as we lift up this ministry.

Heavenly Father, thank you for Next Student Ministry and all of the students this ministry has along with everyone who helps with the ministry. Help Adventure take the next step to move this ministry forward in helping our students become more like Jesus.
