#4 - Core Value #3: Engaging our Community

Jesus gave his disciples a missional mandate to go into all of the world and preach the good news. (Matthew 28:18-20) This mandate requires followers of Jesus to be willing to reach their friends, family, coworkers, neighbors, and even people they don’t know with the message of Jesus!

The book of Acts records the birth of the church, and how the disciples began spreading the message of Jesus. Paul devoted his life to engaging others and planting churches.

This weekend, pastor Andy will remark on another one of our core values: Engaging our community. We’ll be challenged to act on our faith, and we’ll receive some practical ways we can engage our community with our story!
