The Gospel of John is such a unique piece of literature. What better person to reveal to us who Jesus is, than his closest friend: John!
This upcoming week's core verse is John 3:16. It's probably the single most well known verse by both believers and unbelievers: “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life."
Through this one verse, the entire message of the gospel is summed up. In our lesson, we'll learn that there are three categories of people that we are called to love: our neighbor, our family, & our friends.
